Fractional COO Services
You're doing two jobs. Only one of them is the work you love.
The first is the work you spent years training for. The second is everything else, the marketing, the hiring, the finances, the systems, the operations. A fractional COO takes the second job, so you can put your focus back on the first.
What a fractional COO does
Fractional means I'm not a full-time hire with a full-time salary. You get an executive running your operations for a fraction of that. Integration means I go deep, not wide and shallow. I'm in the business with you, not auditing it from the outside.
I'm not a consultant who studies your business, hands you a plan, and leaves. I run the operations. The whole back end of the business, built and managed alongside you.
That means building the systems and processes the business runs on. Creating the decision-making structure so your team can act without routing everything back to you. Managing the functions you were never trained for, the marketing, the hiring, the vendors, the operations. And staying through the part where it gets implemented.
Why I see what others miss.
Two things make my background unusual.
First, I've worked across more kinds of businesses than most people in operations ever touch. Medical and holistic practices, ecommerce brands, insurance agencies, service firms, and agencies. Hundreds of businesses, each one running differently. I've seen what works and what quietly breaks across all of them, which means I'm not bringing you one playbook I repeat on everyone. I already know how businesses like yours run.
Second, I spent more than two decades in healthcare operations and over a decade running a digital agency, building the marketing, the systems, and the technology behind those businesses. I know how a business actually brings the work in, and how the operations underneath have to hold it together. Most people in operations have only ever seen one side. I've lived both.
That's why I can see the things you can't see from inside the day to day.
You did what everyone told you to do. You hired, you delegated, you built a team that mostly works. And it still all comes back to you.
That's because the people you brought on are task-doers. They don’t know what it means to run a business. What you've been missing isn't another set of hands. It's a partner who runs the business and operations, so the work you were never trained for stops landing on you.
Most owners can feel they need something and can't name what it is. This is it. You just didn't have the words for it yet.
Ongoing Operations
This is the work for owners ready to hand off the back end of the business and stay focused on the work only they can do.
I run operations alongside you, month to month, as your second-in-command. The systems keep running, the team executes without every decision routing back to you, and the things that used to pull you in every direction keep moving without you in the middle of them.
You stay the expert.
You see your patients, you talk to your clients, you do the work that carries your name. Everything behind it has someone running it with the same standard you'd hold yourself.
Your business becomes my business, because that's how I treat it.
What changes isn't just your calendar. It's that you get to work on the business instead of only in it. You get to run the company, instead of the company running you. And you get your life back while it keeps growing.
