I spent more than two decades in healthcare operations and over a decade running a digital agency, building the marketing, the systems, and the technology behind hundreds of businesses.
That mix is rare, and it's the point. I know how a business actually brings the work in, and how the operations underneath have to hold it together. Most people in operations have only ever seen one side. I've lived both, which means I see the things you can't from inside the day to day.
I learned this the hard way.
I built my first business as a single mom. Juggling clients, sick kids, working late, working weekends. Growth without structure just burns you out faster, and I found that out myself. So when I tell you there's another way to do this, it's because I've been on the other side of it.
