I’m Tiffany your COO of obsessive operations. I spend most of my time at the computer. Working with clients in both of my businesses to enhance their businesses. Duke, my german shepherd is not far away and trying to get all the attention. I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my children and family. And one thing I can’t live without is chocolate.

Small steps can have a big impact

CEO’s are doing the best they know how but sometimes there can be too much of everything to be able to manage it all well.

I’ve worked with businesses who were so spammed out by all these different agencies telling them that this or that platform is the best for customer service (sales/chat/ads/marketing/etc) and will make all the difference and bring in tons of revenue. But they never had the time to research what was right for them to solve a problem or they would start a new platform without fully implementing it only to cause a bigger problem.

When I came in I was able to review what they had already and look at the gaps that were needed. Research the platforms that will work with their systems and answer all of the wants and needs. Provide details to the CEO for approval to start the transition. Then implement with the platform and in-house staff to roll it out in a planned and well executed way for the company. And give customers even better service.

But really I started this business to get out of corporate and have my own freedom. I’ve always looked at things a little differently, with lots of questions. I like to know the process of how things were set up with all the steps to break it all down, because, what if it could be better and took less time? Less work, fewer people, and was just easier? Working with small business owners that need solutions to these questions and aren’t sure how to get there is why I do this. I know I can help you make what you do or how you do it easier and better.
